Paid for by Doctors PAC. Not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee. Doctors PAC is responsible for the content of this advertising / communication.

Contributions

• Contributions to Doctors PAC are not tax deductible.
• Federal law prohibits contributions from foreign nationals (other than lawful permanent residents), corporations, labor organizations, national banks, and federal government contractors in certain contexts. This site only accepts contributions from eligible individuals using personal funds.
• Individual contributions to a nonconnected federal PAC are generally limited to $5,000 per calendar year. Do not contribute more than you are legally allowed.
• Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions aggregate more than $200 in a calendar year.
• Membership dues are treated as political contributions and count toward contribution limits.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Doctors PAC does not store full card numbers on this server. Donor name, address, employer, occupation, email, and contribution amount/type are stored as Stripe Checkout metadata for compliance and bookkeeping.

Privacy

We collect information you submit on contribution and membership forms, plus technical logs needed to operate the site (IP, user agent). We use this data to process contributions, issue receipts, meet FEC reporting obligations, and communicate about Doctors PAC. We do not sell donor lists.
